To use the Service, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Subscription and Payment

Resource Cleanup is a paid service. You agree to pay all applicable fees and charges for your subscription. Subscription terms, fees, and renewal information are provided at the time of purchase and are subject to change with prior notice. If you fail to pay any fees when due, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service.

6. Use of Service

• Compliance: You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Restrictions: You agree not to misuse the Service. This includes, but is not limited to, copying, modifying, distributing, selling, or leasing any part of the Service, or attempting to access it by any unauthorized means.

• Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Firesub AB shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or use arising out of or in connection with the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Firesub AB, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including legal fees, arising out of your use of the Service or your breach of these Terms.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the “Last Updated” date. By continuing to use the Service, you agree to be bound by the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Sweden.
